We are seeking a skilled and experienced tailor to join our fashion team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about garment construction, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality clothing with minimal supervision.

Job functions 
- Cut, sew, and finish garments according to design specifications
- Take accurate body measurements and perform fittings
- Alter and repair clothing as needed
- Collaborate with designers to bring creative ideas to life
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure timely delivery of completed outfits

Requirements 
- Minimum of 3 years tailoring experience
- Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines
- Ability to work with various fabrics (e.g., lace, Ankara, silk)
- Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern drafting
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing
- Good communication and time management skills
