Yes! Posting standard ads and browsing listings is free. However, optional paid features (like boosting or featuring your ad) are available for sellers who want more visibility.
You can browse ads without an account. But to post ads, use Buy Direct, or contact sellers, you must register for a free account.
Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage. Enter your name, email/phone number, and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email or OTP to verify your account.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions. A reset link or OTP will be sent to your registered email or phone.
You can:
Buy Direct is our safe transaction method. You pay into Marketplace Naija's secure system. We release the funds to the seller only after you receive and confirm the item.
If you used Buy Direct, you can file a dispute. We'll investigate and issue a refund if the seller fails to deliver or the item is not as described.
Yes! You can Boost or Feature your ad to get more visibility. Promotional packages are available in your dashboard after posting.
Once a buyer pays through Buy Direct and confirms they've received the item, Marketplace Naija releases the funds to your payout bank account. Go to profile – Settings – Payments, to add your bank account details.
